Masar Al-Mimar Al-Raqi was founded in December 2025 as a design and build firm, combining major-project management experience with a design practice.
The company is under a year old, with three design and build projects in Jeddah. What offsets that: the partners' experience on far larger projects, and a workload that lets them supervise every project personally.
Work is executed by specialist subcontractors, each selected by trade — joinery, marble, electrical, HVAC, gypsum — while contractual responsibility and engineering supervision stay with us.
Engineering supervision is led by the partners directly and never subcontracted. The owner deals with the people who hold the technical and contractual decision.

Engineering experience managing major projects in the Makkah region, with a specialism in building information management (BIM) within the ISO 19650-2 framework. That is where the discipline of contract, schedule and weekly report comes from.
A design team trained at the Inchbald School of Design in London, designing palaces, villas and commercial projects across Makkah and Jeddah since 2016. Its work is published through the 5 Sense Design studio.
A supervising engineer and a site supervisor on site daily, and a network of qualified subcontractors for each trade: civil, MEP, joinery, marble, gypsum and paint. One party accountable to the client.
